Completed reports will be shared with the family/parents or adult patients only, this can be a PDF or a Hard Copy if expressly requested. We will never share your report with a  third party (i.e school or HSE for GDPR reasons) but you may. You may use your report to access additional services through educational or other institutions to receive extra supports where possible. Reports will not be released until the full payment has been received for the assessment. Upon completion of payment receipts are issued so that claims can be made for health insurance. Please note it is not the responsibility of the clinic to know what insurance plans exist and levels of cover offered.
